our policy Client must arrive with clean, product free & blow dried hair. Please make sure to also wash your bundles. We do not work with virgin hair. A Deposit is required to confirm your appointment this amount is non refundable. Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE unless the appointment was canceled by us! Cancellation, You can only cancel/ reschedule the appointment thru the link at the bottom of the confirmation email. This can be done up to 24 hours in advance. If you want to cancel/ reschedule the appointment later than 24 hours in advance, you must pay half of the agreed amount. If you do not do this or do not show up, you will be placed on the blacklist (which means that no follow-up appointment can be made in the future.
