WOMAN ONLY SALON AGES 12+ BOOKING & PAYMENTS A 20% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This is non-refundable. If you need to make a change, appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer. Cash payments are no longer accepted. PUNCTUALITY & CANCELLATIONS Please be on time: a €10 fee applies if you are 10 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled without a refund. In case of a no-show, you will be placed on our blacklist. To be removed, the remaining balance must be paid. HAIR PREPARATION AND SUPPLIES To help us serve you best, please arrive with clean, detangled, and/or blow dried hair. If this is not possible, we can blow-dry your hair for an additional €10. Washing is unfortunately not available on-site (yet). Braiding hair is included in the price for braids. For weaves, you must bring your own hair (the required amount is specified when booking). GENERAL POLICIES A €20 surcharge applies to squeeze ins. A €20 surcharge applies to Sunday appointments. To maintain a peaceful environment, please do not bring extra guests.
